The Lithuanian Sociological Association award for the most-read article in a Lithuanian sociology journal published in 2024 has been granted to Dr. Kristina Šliavaitė

During the XVII Conference of the Lithuanian Sociological Association, organized by the Sociology Institute of the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences together with the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences on September 4–5, 2025, the annual awards were presented.

The award for the most-read article in a Lithuanian sociology journal published in 2024 was granted to Dr. Kristina Šliavaitė, a researcher at the Institute of Asian and Transcultural Studies at Vilnius University, for her article “‘I Thought I Was Leaving for Two Weeks’: Strategies for Coping with War-Induced Crises in the Narratives of Ukrainian Migrants in Lithuania,” published in the journal Filosofija. Sociologija, 35(4).
